Norton Sports Health to provide medical, mental performance care for all Simmons College of Kentucky athletes


LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Simmons College of Kentucky is proud to announce a groundbreaking new partnership with Norton Sports Health and KORT Physical Therapy to enhance the health, safety, and performance of our student-athletes.

Through this partnership, Simmons student-athletes will now have access to coordinated care from two of the region's most trusted providers of sports medicine and athletic training support.

About the Partnership

Norton Sports Health will serve as the Official Healthcare Provider of Simmons College Athletics, providing:

• Pre-participation physical exams (PPEs)

• Same-day access to treatment, testing, and imaging

• Ongoing coordination of care for athletes

• Discounted wellness memberships for Simmons students and staff

• Marketing visibility and partnership promotion

KORT Physical Therapy will provide on-site athletic training services, including:

• Coverage for basketball practices and home games

• Injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation

• HIPAA- and FERPA-compliant electronic injury tracking via Healthy Roster

• Complimentary consultations and physical therapy coordination for athletes
